2.2 Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of residency.
2.3 Personal belongings should be stored responsibly. The management is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
3.1 Fees are determined based on the chosen accommodation and services.
3.2 Payments must be made in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as agreed upon during admission.
3.3 Late payments may incur additional charges. Prolonged non-payment can lead to suspension of services.
3.4 Fees are subject to periodic revision with prior notice to residents or their families.
4.1 Basic healthcare services are provided, including routine check-ups and first aid.
4.2 For specialized or emergency medical care, the cost of external treatments, hospitalizations, or medications will be borne by the resident or their family.
4.3 Residents are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions during admission.
5.1 Residents must inform the management in advance if they wish to take leave or stay outside the facility temporarily.
5.2 Visitors are allowed during designated visiting hours and must adhere to the rules of the facility.
5.3 Overnight stays for visitors are not permitted unless approved by the management.
6.1 Residents are responsible for keeping their personal spaces clean and tidy.
6.2 Any damage to the property caused by the resident will be charged to them or their family.
6.3 Common areas should be used responsibly to maintain a peaceful environment for all.
7.1 Residency may be terminated due to non-payment, non-compliance with rules, or serious health conditions beyond the facility’s capacity to manage.
7.2 A notice period of 30 days is required for voluntary termination of residency.
7.3 In case of termination, all dues must be cleared before vacating the facility.
8.1 Shantiban Old Age Home is not liable for any unforeseen incidents, including accidents, natural calamities, or health emergencies.
8.2 Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior notice.
9.1 Residents or their families can report grievances to the management, which will address them promptly and fairly.
9.2 Complaints should be submitted in writing to the administration office.
10.1 By signing the admission agreement, residents and their families acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
